Any wild game including duck, deer or rabbit will take flight when flavored with this wine-based marinade. But don’t neglect the more domestic dinner choices of beef, pork or poultry.

PREPARATION: Stir 4.5 oz. of seasoning into 1 cup of cold water to create the marinade brine. For best results, immerse food in marinade and refrigerate for at least 24-48 hours. Drain food and cook. Up to 4 lbs. of meat can be marinated with the seasoning in this bottle.

INGREDIENTS: Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Red Wine Powder (Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate, Sulfites), Corn Starch, Black Pepper and other Spices, Brown Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Caramel Color, Soybean Oil, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Malic Acid, Maltodextrin, Beet Juice Concentrate (with Citric Acid), and not more than 2% Calcium Silicate (added to prevent caking). CONTAINS SOY AND SULFITES.

Perfection!

Got this for my husband for Christmas because it’s duck season and once duck season is over that’s all we eat so it was perfect and I’m happy he loves it! We will be buying more!

Adds flavor to wild duck!!

I bought this to try and make wood ducks edible. It worked pretty well, especially with a balsamic reduction. I’d recommend this to any potholer looking to eat mud ducks. It’s good stuff.
