Returns
At Wildlife Seasonings, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Â We take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return your purchase for a refund. We are unable to accept returns on opened packages, unless the packages were open due to packaging failure or damaged during shipping.
No claims will be accepted more than 14 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows evidence of prior use or alteration.
You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement using our online return service or by contacting Customer Service at hello@wildlifeseasonings.com, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (CST). Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return.
