Jerk Seasoning blend

This is a delicious seasoning blend! I use it on both chicken and fish.It does have a bit of heat to it, so I have to use it sparingly but if you love flavorful heat this will be perfect for your fish or chicken!

Amazing flavor

This seasoning mix packs an amazing flavor and aroma to any dish. My entire family absolutely loved it and had no leftovers. It's just the right amount of seasoning without a heavily salty flavor. I highly recommend!

Great on chicken

Used this on some chicken legs on the grill. Very good flavor! A little bit goes a long way with this stuff. Might try some pork chops next. Delicious!

Love seasoning blends as they take a lot of the guesswork out for us amateurs in the kitchen

It's not that I CAN'T cook it's just simply I have no flair for what spices go with which or even in what amounts. I'm not big on experimenting and having to toss something out and waste food either so the Wildlife Seasonings | Mahi-Mahi Island Jerk Marinade | Dry Rub is now taking space in my spice cabinet and I'm happy about that.I used it this time as a rub on chicken and let it rest for a while. I notice the shaker bottle even usign the side that has larger holes it takes a lot of shaking to get it to come out due to the larger spice pieces. I fried up the chicken and it was nice and crispy and had a good heat flavor along with a sweetness that made the chicken delicious. I'm planning on using it on vegetables next. I'm not a huge fish guy so I think I'll stick to mostly using it on chicken as a rub or marinade being that I think chicken in general needs some doctoring up to add a little additional flavor.
