Amazing flavor!

So I used this seasoning in a crockpot setting and got a bit creative. And boy was I impressed. First of all; any kind of baking or grilling with this would be great. But let me tell you my story. Some chicken breast, coated in this, in some chicken broth. Cook until 165 inside and shred. Use the juice/broth/seasoning mix with a milk, butter, and garbanzo flour roux, add some fresh minced garlic, and make a creamy sauce. It was AMAZING, spicy but not too much, great smoky flavor, and went so well on top of rice.

DELICIOUS

I put some of this and some lawrys on some chicken and tossed it into the gorge foreman, flipping once so it was a little crispy on each side - i have never had more delicious chicken in my life. Honestly i cannot stress to you how delicious it was, I HIGHLY recommend this stuff!

"Premium" is a Stretch.

This product disappoints on so many levels. To begin with, it has a ton of salt -- it's closer to a dry brine than a seasoning blend, which is fine if you're going to market it as such, but it's limiting if you're actually using it as a seasoning because the salt overpowers the other ingredients. There's nothing distinguishing or particularly interesting about the spice blend either; it's not much different than what you'd get from Lawry's or McCormack, except that those have a bit less salt. I understand that salt is a popular and cheap filler, but I'd have appreciated something that had more depth and complexity to its flavor.

Versatile seasoning

I used this seasoning on a couple different roasted vegetables such as sweet potatoes, onion, asparagus, broccoli, and carrots. Each time the flavor was good and the vegetables had a hearty roasted taste. I have a cabinet full of spice mixes and a few of them are very similar in that they include garlic, onion, salt, paprika, and sugar. I could make my own but it is much more convenient to have it already mixed together as it is here. For the most part this mix of seasonings is going to taste pretty good on most things regardless if it is meat or veggies. The seasoning container came sealed well in plastic and is large and should last a while.
