Delicious!

Lemon pepper is an irreplaceable seasoning combo for anyone that loves seafood.I find this blend is just perfect on things like Mahi, swordfish, and shrimp especially. The lemon is bright and tart and the pepper adds a zippy bite that really compliments firm fish steaks on the grill. It also works well for baked fish too as the lemon and pepper has time to soak in and flavor the fish all the way down.Go easy with it at first as it can be a bit strong, especially if you're baking with it. For grilling or pan searing in butter, I like to go a little bit heavier with it, especially if paired with a stronger flavored fish or seafood. It's definitely worth a try!

Great flavor, the lemon really comes through.

Great flavor and a good sized bottle. I'm likely to order again when it's gone.

Lemon pepper is excellent

Excellent citrusy and smoky pepper flavor on seafood is the best. This does the job exactly well. It is fresh and high quality. The lemon shines through the most. It is great for that punch of lemon, and it works great for many seafood and chicken. It is light and well balanced of flavors. I love it.

Strong lemon and pepper flavors; a little salty

Lemon and pepper definitely come through, so if you’re looking for a seasoning with that flavor profile, here you are. However, what also comes through is salt, though it’s not terrible in that respect (480mg per 1 tsp). Of course, if you were going to salt something anyway, you might be able to skip it or use less if you use this. And while it says this is for swordfish, there is no particular reason why you’d have to limit yourself to that application. Anything you’d want a lemon pepper seasoning on, you can use this.
