This richly-colored seasoning with hardy aromatics and a unique spicing
blend is designed to pair harmoniously with large game animals you bring
to your table.
Ingredients:
Salt, Burgundy Wine Powder (Maltodextrin, Burgundy Wine Solids, Sulfites),
Maltodextrin, Spices, Corn Starch, Caramel Color, Dehydrated Onion,
Dehydrated Garlic, Juniper Berries, Soybean Oil, and not more than 2% Silicon
Dioxide (added to prevent caking). CONTAINS SULFITES.
Suggested Usage:
As a TOPICAL SEASONING: 3.0% to 3.5%. Approximately 2 tablespoons per
pound of meat.
Stir MARINADE SEASONING into cold water. Add meat. Refrigerate several
hours or overnight. Drain meat. Discard marinade. Cook meat.
