Ingredients
- Wildlife Seasonings Deer Chili Seasoning 4.5 oz. bottle
- 2 lbs. venison, ground, or protein of your choice
- 1 large onion
- 2 small bell peppers
- Olive oil, for cooking
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 14.5 oz. can garbanzo beans
- 14.5 oz. can black kidney beans
- 14.5 oz. can red kidney beans
- 28 oz. can tomato sauce
- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes (sub fresh if desired)
- 14.5 oz. container beef broth
Directions
- Dice the onion and bell peppers.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a large pot and sauté the diced onions.
- Season the onions with salt and pepper to taste and add a dash of Wildlife Seasonings Deer Chili Seasoning.
- Add 2 lbs. of ground venison or protein of choice and brown the meat.
- Add the diced bell peppers.
- Add the remainder of the Wildlife Seasonings Deer Chili Seasoning.
- Add the tablespoon of tomato paste.
- Add the cans of garbanzo, black kidney, and red kidney beans.
- Add the cans of tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
- Add the container of beef broth.
- Simmer until thickened to your liking, then serve.
