Perfection!

Got this for my husband for Christmas because it’s duck season and once duck season is over that’s all we eat so it was perfect and I’m happy he loves it! We will be buying more!

Adds flavor to wild duck!!

I bought this to try and make wood ducks edible. It worked pretty well, especially with a balsamic reduction. I’d recommend this to any potholer looking to eat mud ducks. It’s good stuff.
