I don't like to marinate my steaks, but I do like a bit of salt and pepper on them. This Bear Rugged Pepper works great on steaks and would probably work well with pork as well. I pan fry my steak but I bet this would be even better with grilled steak. This has more than just different types of peppers in it, there's some salt and garlic as well. I found that I didn't need to use any other seasoning on my steak besides this to get great flavor. The pepper is very coarsely ground, which I prefer. I would recommend this!

I love making beef jerky and wanted to try some different spices so when I saw this I figured it would be great in it and picked it up. It arrived packaged just fine with no spills or anything. Getting it out it was in a shaker bottle. I prepped my peat with crue then added a generous pour of this. I then let it marinate over night and got it in the dehydrator. After it had finished I gave the jerky a taste. It was amazing the chunks of pepper in here really gave it a great flavor. If you are looking for a jerky seasoning I can highly recommend this.

Wildlife Seasonings packs a lot of different peppers into its custom blend seasoning. It contains black, white and red pepper, among green and red bell peppers add in more spice such chili and Jalapeno pepper and, wow!...one of the strongest pepper seasonings I have ever tasted. Adds a real nice flavor to our steaks, burgers and chicken so far.Good price, Generous supply. Great seasoning flavoring. Would most certainly recommend.

This has a robust flavor but you definitely can taste the pepper as the main ingredient. It sticks out from the other spices which act as background singer to the main flavor of pepper's act. We used it on chicken and it added a good flavor to serve with salad and potatoes. It had more "bite" then we were expecting, you could say it was a bear-sized bite!We appreciated the size of the spice, it is a larger container then you'd typically get at your grocery store and more in-line with the large sizes at a local W store. The price is in-line with those you can find there as well for the amount. Needless to say, you will have plenty to last you many meals

This Wildlife Seasonings bear rugged pepper is really good. The seasonings have a course grind and add a bold flavor to your food. It's full of different types of peppers, garlic and onion. The seasoning arrived fresh with an expiration date out over a year from receiving it. Great tasting pepper loaded seasoning.
